  2. ###  set flood-ctcp <#ctcps>[:<#seconds>]
  3.    specifies the flood threshold for CTCP queries (to the bot
  4.    or channel).  if the same host dumps more than this many
  5.    CTCPs to the bot within 60 seconds, they will be placed on
  6.    automatic ignore.  you can also specify the number of
  7.    seconds to scan by adding that after a colon (:).  if you
  8.    set the number of ctcps to 0, you disable ctcp flood
  9.    protection (including avalanche flood protection).
